Ava Stork

My name is Ava Stork, and I am the APA Iowa Chapter Graduate Student Representative from the University of Iowa. I am currently completing my BA in Environmental Policy and Planning alongside my MS in Urban and Regional Planning through the university’s 4+1 program. I grew up in Iowa and have always had a passion for the environment and getting involved in the community, specifically increasing access to third spaces. My other particular areas of interest are in affordable housing and land use planning, and it is my hope to become an urban planner and help to design communities that are climate-smart, equitable, resilient, diverse, and walkable.
