Request for Proposal: Dallas County Trails Master Plan

Dallas County Conservation Board ("DCCB") seeks proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a countywide Trails Master Plan, as described in the RFP here. This plan will provide a practical, long-term planning framework for future trail development, connectivity, maintenance considerations, and implementation priorities throughout Dallas County.

The RFP submittal deadline is Friday, August 28, at 4 p.m.

Questions can be directed to Curt Cable at curt.cable@dallascountyiowa.gov no later than 4 p.m. on August 7, 2026. Responses to submitted questions will be provided on or before August 14, 2026.
