About the Committees
APA Iowa committees are made up of volunteer members who help carry out the Chapter’s mission and support planning efforts across the state. Committee members are appointed by the Chapter President and may serve varying term lengths based on committee needs. Committees focus on key areas such as conference planning, legislative affairs, awards, communications, and more. These groups provide opportunities for members to get involved, share expertise, and help shape the Chapter’s programs and priorities.
