Dallas County RFP for Comprehensive Plan
Dallas County, Iowa, through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process, is seeking professional planning assistance to update the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The Plan was last prepared in 1998, and since that time Dallas County has experienced significant growth and development. The updated Comprehensive Plan will serve as the County’s long-range policy framework to guide land use, infrastructure, housing, conservation, economic development, and future updates to County ordinances and regulations.
