Dr. Susan Bradbury is a professor and interim chair of the Department of Community and Regional Planning at Iowa State University. Her research and teaching focus on community economic development, small-town planning and Canada-U.S. trade and border issues. She has held several significant leadership positions, including serving on the Federal Reserve Board’s Community Advisory Council, president of the Washington Chapter of the American Planning Association, and secretary/treasurer of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning. She has also been active locally with the Downtown Ames Economic Vitality Committee and served on City of Ames Zoning Board of Adjustment.
