Steve Cooper, GISP

Steve Cooper, GISP, has been the City of Marion’s Stormwater Coordinator in the Engineering Department since 2013 ensuring that the City, as well as our residents and businesses, are in compliance with Clean Water Act obligations and floodplain requirements. He has a degree in Community and Regional Planning from ISU, a Master’s in Public Policy from UNI, and more than 30 years of experience in public works, planning, infrastructure management, and engineering for both public administration and private business.
