Jim Holz, AICP

Jim is the Director of Client Services for MSA Professional Services and is located in Dubuque, Iowa. As a certified planner, he has been involved in all aspects of community development projects, including the conception, financing, grant administration and implementation of planning efforts.  A Minneapolis, MN, native, Jim grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in geography and land use planning. He is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and has been involved in numerous civic and professional groups such as the American Planning Association, the Dubuque Housing Commission, Dubuque Main Street Design Committee, Dubuque Housing Trust Fund and the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce Business Advocacy Council.
