Frannie Nielsen, AICP

Frannie Nielsen, AICP has worked with Bolton & Menk since 2021 where she spent four years as a Community Planner before moving into her current role as a Transportation Environmental Planner. She has a Master of Urban Design and a Bachelor of Community and Regional Planning and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) from the American Planning Association (APA). She has served the Iowa chapter of the APA as the Sponsorship Chair since 2026.
