Anne Russett, AICP

Anne Russett, AICP is a planning and zoning project manager with over 10 years of experience in the public sector. Her work focuses on integrating sustainability principles into policy documents and regulations in order to promote equitable and livable communities. Prior to joining the City of Iowa City in 2018 she worked for the City of Cedar Rapids, the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning, and the Oregon Department of Transportation. Over the course of her career she has worked on a variety of land use and mobility related planning initiatives, many of which focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.  She has a Master of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa.
