City of Elkhart Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Elkhart, Iowa is soliciting interested and qualified firms to complete a full update of its 2018 Comprehensive Plan. Firms may submit proposals in person at Elkhart City Hall located at 260 NW Main Street, Elkhart, IA, or by mail to 260 NW Main Street P.O. Box 77, Elkhart, IA 50073; in any case, submissions must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025 to be considered.

Cerro Gordo County Request for Zoning Ordinance Rewrite

Johnston Request for Qualifications for Watershed Assessment Plan
The City of Johnston, Iowa has been issued a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. To maintain compliance with this permit, the City must maintain a Watershed Plan and Stormwater Management Plan/Program. At this time the City seeks firms with experience to provide an update to the plan that takes into consideration the existing conditions, capital improvements made to date, prioritize future capital improvement project and ensure consistency with state law and regulations as set forth by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
