CEDI is looking for a three-quarter time to full-time Program Manager to join our team in eastern Iowa in early 2024. The position will manage all aspects of a federal grant supporting three additional positions providing energy technical assistance to local governments, schools, and multi-family housing owners in energy district counties. We are a dynamic and friendly team dedicated to healthier and wealthier communities and a planet worth living in.

The position will ideally be based in a CEDI member energy district county. Some travel will be required, and there will be some opportunity for remote work.

The position is three-quarter time, with an hourly wage of $26-$31/hour (salary level $55,000 - $65,000). There is a chance of full time employment, but no guarantee at this time. This is an ideal position for a retiring or semi-retired project manager, business administrator, or past executive, or possibly for a graduate or doctoral student who has project-management experience. It's also possible that a recent college graduate with demonstrated initiative and organizational prowess could excel in this role, especially if they're already familiar with energy issues or industry.
